Times Ventures Corporation (TVC) was founded in 2002 by its President, Marty Schreier. We also own and manage apartments in South Saint Paul, West Saint Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Apple Valley and Maplewood, MN. TVC and its partners also own and manage office, retail and office/showroom properties in Eagan, Mendota Heights and Eden Prairie, MN.
